  This hotel is in a great location on the promenade with sea views.The rooms had triple glazing so it was very quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant "Francis Drake" and the food was excellent quality...one of the best restaurants in Balchik.   The staff is very nice. I was worried about the car but they gave us a parking slot inside the yard. It was safe there, I wouldn't be happy though with the car parked on the street near a forest, even though there is a guardian.   The staff were really helpful and friendly. We asked for a kettle in our room and we were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette at no extra charge. Organized taxi to take us back to the airport. Great location with access to beach. - Nice, clean rooms, helpful staff, next to the beach, within walking distance from the restaurants and pubs.
