At the hotel works modest and professional staff, there are excellent facilities the location; kitchen and security are very good. We give 10 of 10.

  Villa Bagheera is a part of the Emerald complex which is big and very family oriented. That means a lot of children playing around the pool. However, this does not bother us at all, as we like children. The Spa area is said to be among the best in Bulgaria, we didnt use it however.
