One of the things that it was amazing was the staff. I simple loved the
mattress as it is one of softiests that I ever felt. I asked for the
manager what was the secret, he told me, took my mail and send several

airport and conveniently located for those with business outside of
Porto Alegre (Canoas, Novo Hamburgo, Montenegro, etc.)

I had made a big mistake with my reservation when I arrived there. Even
though it was my mistake, the manager was very friendly, and very kind,
she understood my situation, and she helped me to keep my luggage during
my stay in Porto Alegre. Thank you very much, Carolina. I really
appreciate your help. -

The staff were very helpful. Not all spoke english but no problem google
translator fixed that...the main thing was that they wanted to help and
found a way around language. One employee Mara who did speak good
english was outstanding and couldn't help enough. She is a fine
ambassador for this hotel. -

The hotel openly communicated it's renovating and made a successful effort to minimize related inconveniences for it's guest. The price of 80R$/night was absolutely fair, esp. since the room I stayed in had just been renovated.
The location is great if you're planning to catch a bus to another town or go to the airport next morning. -
