I stayed in B&B Charming Escape for one night upon arrival to Brussels. We were two adults and three children (2,5,8).
The accommodations were excellent the hospitality was very good and breakfast was great.
We ate breakfast outside in the beautiful garden and it was a lot of fun.
As we flew into Brussels late in the evening this was the perfect choice.

The restaurant is superb, though a bit pricy. The location is quiet despite being only 200 metres from Halle's mainline station. The fact that it has private locked parking for free makes this an excellent base for visiting Brussels - 15 minutes by direct train four times and hour. -

What a beautiful cottage! Beautifully designed! We felt at home as soon as we got there. Great facilities (especially the sauna!) and private outdoor area was a plus. Owners extremely helpful. Only a half hour drive to Brussels, but out in the country! I would highly recommend Brokantie to anyone wanting a relaxing country retreat :) Car essential
