What a fantastic location, it is only a stone's throw from the main street in Spa but with the trees and elevated position you feel in the middle of the country. It is a wonderful building full of character (as are the hosts Rob and Erika). It is not luxurious by any means but is excellent value for money and a really comfortable retreat.

the room was wonderful:very spacious, bright, huge bathroom, wonderful view from the windows. We were delighted! And breakfast was wonderful. The hosts are also wonderful people, very helpful in recommending activities, restaurants, etc. We would definitely recommend it and go back ourselves.

Nice and big room with a great view to the lake. Anja is very friendly and helpful. A quiet place to spend a weekend far from the city. Homemade breakfast was served at the terrace. We loved our stay there. -

The owner, who speaks good English, was very helpful & friendly. The room was clean,spacious and comfortable and the remote location gave a peaceful night's sleep. There was an additional ground-floor room available for our use too, and breakfast was more than ample. Only about 3km out from Spa centre so restaurants not a problem. -
