Very homely B&B with friendly and helpful owner.
Amazing room - light and spacious with enormous bed.
Extremely comfortable and quiet.
Fantastic breakfast delivered on a tray to your door.
Small fridge and microwave in the room (actually in the bathroom, which I thought was odd at first but it actually makes good sense as the hum and any cooking smell is isolated from the bedroom).
Highly recommended - I would definitely try to stay there again.

Nice hosts, Rose and her husband, speak English, meet you with smile, map of the city and good advice where to go, what is important to see. They are trying to make you as comfortable as possible. Light, fresh,modern remodeling of the house, very comfortable queen-size bed. The room is exactly as it's shown on the pictures. Bathroom is big,clean, with shower. You have to share it with your neighbours, but they told you this on the booking. It was great to have all necessary to make a cup of tea

Wonderful hosts make this a must stay in Bruges. Hire the bikes from Kelly for a tour of the old city's narrow streets during the day and finish the evening with a horse and cart from the town square after a meal at Rest. Cambrinus. If you're lucky the Glockenspiel concert at 9pm in the square will be on, it's free and not to be missed.

This B&B was a great find: convenient location within the old city
with free off-site parking; comfortable room with spotlessly clean en-
suite bathroom; gracious, helpful proprietors; and tasty breakfast.
Especially loved the beautiful back garden: recipient, apparently, of
many awards. We rented their bikes and Johan not only made sure that we
had maps and emergency equipment but also sent us off with assurances
that he would come rescue us should we encounter any problems!

We absolutely loved our stay at B&B eleven and left wishing we had a couple more days. The room was large, spacious, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Excellent Breakfast with cheese, ham, fruits, smoked salmon, fresh
juice, coffee or tea etc Perfect location if you are travelling by car -
you can park your car free not far from the hotel ( 5 minutes by foot)
and you will stay at historic Brugge with 10 minutes walk to the central
square. Nice minimalistic design, friendly staff I would sugget to eat
at Ribs and Beer, it is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
