  We had a wonderful stay! We were in La Roche because of the annual marathon. Noisette, the owner, cooked us a lovely (pre-race) meal. Which we enjoyed at the large dinner table together with the other guests who were also there because of the marathon.She also served an excellent breakfast.   Everything was just wonderful. Silence , quiet, no one disturbs you . The apartment has everything you need except the washing machine. But, on the other hand, the price is not high.   Location for river and walking acticities - It might be noisy in high season, but in April when there was practically just us it was rather charming - no traffic noise as it's in a pretty little valley from which walks begin. Decent breakfast too.
