This is a real statement, not a fake.
I stayed there 2 nights for business reasons. Kurt, the owner was really concerned about every aspect of my stay. I saw him with some other customers doing exactly the same. The best treatment for his customers in every detail is a personal thing for him.

Amazing room with a great host. Our stay was extremely pleasant, hard to choose between the room, breakfast and the shower facilitations as the highlight of our stay. Kurt gave us very useful tips on sights & local restaurants. Both the rooms and general areas were built and decorated with care and passion resulting in modern and very comfortable Bed & Breakfast whilst staying true to the origin of the building.

Ann was terrific. She is an attentive host. We had been traveling for several straight days and needed to do laundry. She would not hear of that since it would take away our sightseeing, so she did our laundry for us! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was enormous, and the breakfast excellent. Everything about this place is fabulous. We stayed in suite 1 which has a small balcony overlooking the waterway. The bed is comfortable, the room is quiet despite being on the front of the house. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

Excelente hotel muy cerca de la estación de tren de Gante. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Estupendo desayuno en buffet libre por las mañanas y trato muy cordial. Hotel is convenient to train station (2 min. walk) and city center (10 min. tram ride or 20 min. walk). Hotel owners are professional and friendly, and work hard to make guests comfortable and to orient them to the city sights. Rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is good and plentiful. Friendly atmosphere. Neighborhood quieter than you'd expect given its proximity to train station, but there are plenty of restaurants and conveniences near-by. I'd gladly stay here agai

Such a lovely place with a very friendly owner! We had a large apartment (stayed in 1-bedroom-apartment with no balcony or garden), everything was stylish and new and clean. Breakfast was offered in owner's dining area which was cosy and lovely. Very delicious, too - with fresh strawberries. We'd go there back for sure!

En general, y teniendo en cuenta su precio, el hotel es excelente. No le puedo poner un pero. Limpieza, confort, atención, sus desayunos y no menos importante, buena conexión a internet (otros hoteles prometen conexión wifi y cuando llegas son todo pegas en este aspecto). Es decir si volviese a ir a Gante repetiría sin pensarlo

The location is really great. The room was big with 2 terraces. The interior is unusual. The breakfast was good although yoghurt was provided on the first day only. The owner (guess Mark but not sure about the spelling ) was helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to the hotel. -
