Friendly staff, clean and quiet room, very clean and nice bathroom on the ground floor, breakfast was ok, good location - 15 min. walk to Markt/city centre, city tour for free for hostel clients, great bar downstairs and nice atmosphere. Big plus for the available printing service at the reception. It's very cheap. Its location was good. It takes like 10 minutes to get to the famous spots. I stayed in a 10 bed dorm, which was half empty my whole stay. The facilities of this section of the hotel (since it's divided in two) were almost new, and very clean. The bar has great atmosphere.
todo comentarios » Super! I think it is a model of hostels. I walked all the way there from the train station without problem. The staff was really kind and helpful. There are curtains at each bed so it gives people privacy. The toilets and showers are in a separated bathroom. Breakfast was normal. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is acceptable. In my room, we have shared kitchen, bath room, toilet, and living room. There is one supermarket near hotel. It is not far from city centre, 20mins by walk(Brugge is not a big city). I recommend this hotel(hostel). I loved the friendly staff, who engaged us in brilliant nights out and the free walking tours from the hostel. The rooms were pretty good. The free breakfast was perfect. The beer tasting was excellent. The wifi in the bar was good. The staff at the hostel were the most friendly group of people I have ever met, they really made the stay worthwhile! I can't wait to visit Bruges again. The breakfast was good and overall the hostel is great value for money. Best hostel I have ever stayed. The staff were incredibly helpful, the beds had lots of space, 2 charge points to each bed and a little light. Not far to walk to town. The Hostel is connected with a pub (that makes no noise) where you can get a beer without go out. It's 10 minutes by walk to the center, but it's a good position. Awesome privacy even in a 10 bed dorm with curtains for your bed. Excellent showers as well, friendly staff and clean conditions. Would stay there again!. The lockers in the room could not be locked, the entrance to the main building with bedrooms was leading through a small, shabby and not very clean bathroom. No possibility to order food in the bar because the restaurant has closed. The wifi is only at the bar. There's no chill out section (like others st Christopher have) so it's hard to have a video call with the bar music. The bar closes at 1 am on weekdays and that may be bothersome when trying to reach somebody in the internet on a different time zone. Wifi only in public area. The location is ok for me and any one who love to walks for 20-25 mins to city centre or 10 mins by bus(#6,#16). Some rooms are not in the same building with reception, you have to ask them first. I disliked that the lockers didnt work and the showers had out of order signs on them yet downstairs showers were unlockable and the doors swung out. The wifi in the room was on and off. Wifi only available in communal rooms. Not necessarily a bad thing as it meant I Met loads of people while using it. The cleaning service in the morning was having fun slamming doors. Advertised 1€ beer happy hours everywhere, yet they didn't have them. nothing bad. It was a bit noisy at nigh, cause the hotel have a bar downstairs. Shower was a bit cramped. breakfast was mediocre. The room had a bad smell. We believe that there was something wrong with the drain in the bathroom. a little bit far from the train station. If you arrive late, you have to walk there or take a taxi. - no free towel - toilets could be more clean - you have to push the button to keep the hot water flowing in showers. thats annoying. Dishes etc could have been a bit cleaner at breakfast!. one of the guests with which i shared a room was crazy. The worst wi-fi in hostels i've ever seen! It's better not to have it there!. The bathroom is so small that taking shower was challanging action. The corridor floor and ddor is really noisy. The food and coffee at breakfast was not refilled in time. Reception is in the next building, so when group of idiots decide to party in the room at 3.00 am (as was my case), noone can control them. No Kitchen Strange Bathroom Layout. nothing!. None. The toilets were really dirty. Two out of the three stalls were too dirty to use. Also, one out of the two shower stalls were locked from the inside. The shower stalls were too small and the bench where you're supposed to put your clothes on got wet too. I also heard several people complain there was no hot water. My room was in the white building next door and 90% of the time my card couldn't open the door to the building and I had to go to the reception to get a new one. Bathroom is so small and uncomfortable. And rooms are out of control that makes you easy deal for thiefs. And a 8-person-room has only one single wall plug, it's ridiculous. The reception is in another building, so when some drunk guys decided to party all night, it was impossible to stop them. There was also some weird smell in the twin room coming from the small courtyard outside, and even closing the window didn't help. Pretty far from the city center but it's not a big city so it's only about a 20 minute walk. Also, there is only 1 toilet per floor, which was a bit odd. There is no wifi in the room...the breakfast is very simple...the room is not very clean... The wifi didn't work well even in reception. Breakfast was poor! UHT milk spoilt the cereal!. Breakfast was very limited Price was on the more expensive side. No lift. Due to the fact that we were leaving early, we missed breakfast. Staff refused to give us breakfast "to go". There isn't clean. breakfast ends early. the others are so noisy at the night I couldnt sleep well. It was emergency situation - I hadn't planned stay in hotel & I didn't have toothbrush & shower gel. There were no any toiletry in hostel & no possibility to buy them :-(. bad location, long distance from the station; the window of our room was broken, but fortunately they repaired it; disgusting bedding; we were asked to donate the money for key deposit after we checked out;.
