  The staff here are unbeatable. If you speak any German at all, they will gladly speak German with you. If not, I only know that they know English, too.   Room is very good, free internet, reasonably priced pay-TV and the staff were helpful and friendly. The "gem" at this hotel, though, is the restaurant. The food I ate was deceptively simple but absolutely perfect. - Very friendly staff, very modern, but cosy hotel, very competent wellness staff (great massage!!)

  A very nice room in a very good location - The hotel is placed in the center of Villach and from there you can reach lot of interesting places. The rooms are huge, comfortable and I really appreciate the style. Thanks to the reception that let me check out at 12. The breakfast is fantastic!
