We were in Studio Apartment - Seidlgasse 8.
Perfect organisation and service. The owner was already expecting us when we called him to inform his that we were entering Vienna from the high way. The apartment is excellently furnished with everything a family or a group of people might need for a long stay. It has been renovated recently and it has been furnished tastefully with a quite modern look. Mr. Johannes (the owner) is a great person. Very kind and helpful. The
apartment is perfect situated (3 minutes from Wien Mitte U-bahn&S-
bahn station), very cozy, well equipped (you can find inside everything
you need for a great stay, including fully equipped kitchen - we had
also olive oil in the fridge :) ). We enjoyed our stay and if we had to
say only two words about this apartment is: just perfect :).
The comfort and quietness of the apartment (Dietrichgasse 16) makes your stay an amazing experience. The kitchen and bathroom were perfectly equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Very clean place in an old beautifully renovated buidning. Relatively close to the Ring (metro station at 5 min walking distance). We recommend it warmly!.
Johannes and Iris were very kind and helpful. Their apartment is located in the quiet area near city centre with good public transport connection. Vienna is a perfect city to visit, especially for families with small children! ;-).

just few minutes from nearest station or in total 10 min from center

The additional cleaning fee of 35 euro is unjustified unless you are planning to stay for longer than three or four days.
Distance to city center, but anyway this is a minor problem, Viena is a wonderful city.
It is not in the centre but within walking distance.
Not best clearning, but quit good.
No soap/shampoo support in the shower cabin.
The bowl in WC room misplaced (should be moved backwards to allow more room for the occupant)
The WC door damaged (locker not functioning?)
Lack of window curtain in the living and kitchen -> no intimacy during the evening
Lack of instruction regarding garbage treatment (selective collection, disposal)
Probably there may be visitors who needs instructions for using the shower cabin -> the taps.
Separate shower (off kitchen) and toilet - small and awkward.
After 10 pm have to be very quiet. No parties or drinking .
Could be cleaner, spiders net on the ceiling, towels were missing so we
had to call to bring them on.
Second sofa bed is small for a couple.
