Kind personal, beautiful place, we were warmly welcomed. There is also a perfect room for evenings if a group want to meet etc. Also it is only 500 meters to the ski-lift, which was soooo comfortable. - Place are fully equipped with all facilities. You will feel you are in your original house.
- It is close to many lakes and activities.

quiet and clean, room was in basement, fine for one night. If you would like to stay for a longer period, ask for a 1st floor or higher. Good bed and nice warm sheets.

The apartment had two separate rooms which was great for traveling with kids, the location was perfect for Zell Am See in summer (close to the beach and the pool), breakfast was plentiful and yummy, the hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff was really lovely! We would absolutely stay here again.

The family who run the hotel are absolutely delightful people who could not have been more helpful and had excellent English. The food was lovely, the room was beautiful, everything was spotlessly clean and so nice and warm. The views over the valley were lovely too. -
