I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, diligent and caring. It seemed like the "boss" a slim lady, worked alongside everyone and generaed a great working spirit. Right alongside the lift, can't beat the location. Good beer and food. Excellent all round.

It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Service very good. Spa facilities clean. Outdoor pool heated to 28 deg C even in end October. Evening meal and breakfast buffet very good.
Undercover, safe parking for our tandem bike. Hotel is direct on the Tauern cycleway. -
Most of all I was very satisfied with the staff. Sauna was perfect as well.
