Location, access to cable cars and bus. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food. Relaxed atmosphere. We booked half board but were not charged for evening meals not taken. Clean and well kept. Good bikes available

Great hotel, everything was on the highest level! Hotel staff were really friendly and very kind & helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, I think the best in Austria (open till 12-00).
Modern room, big bathroom, everything is new and well equipped.

Excelent hotel!!! Nice atmosphere! Spacious well equipped rooms with huge balconies. Friendly and helpful staff. Great SPA facilities (pool and saunas). Location is perfect, few steps from city center but still in a quite area. Own transfer to ski area. Restaurant is cosy, breakfast and dinner is delicious. There was everything we needed and even more.

Great hotel! Good infrastructure with indoor swimming pool and a nice spa area. Ski bus stop and ski rental shop are just a few steps away. Delicious cuisine in the hotel restaurant and very friendly and caring staff!! Highly recommended! -

Everything. The room was warm clean peaceful and incredibly comfortable. The lady who runs it was polite cheerful and helpful, and also spoke English. The breakfast was plentiful and very good. Would definitely reccommend and would definitely go back. Great experience and great value for money. -

The hotel has very good location - directly in front of the hotel is bus station, local store and cash machine. Big parking area plus underground garage - I have never had problems with parking my car. Room was spacious and clean. Free WiFi. Meals were very tasty. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. -
