The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

Las instalaciones, el servicio de portería-aparcacoches-, las habitaciones con máquina de café expreso y minibar gratis, el desayuno bufett, la cercanía a 10 metros de la línea 1 y 2 y a 100 del "metro" - Un Hotel muy bonito, el personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos ayudar. Es un apartahotel cómodo, moderno y limpio. La habitación es grande y la cocina está muy bien equipada. Resulta muy acogedor, da gusto llegar al hotel después de todo el día visitando la ciudad. Absolutamente recomendable con tranvías y metro cerca.

The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.
