The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown .
Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues.
They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

Spotlessly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, lovely and warm, Nespresso machine with coffee and milk, make up mirror and hairdryer in bathroom, good shower, very helpful owners who allowed early check in and late check out. The apartment was fantastic and it certainly exceeded my expectations. Very clean, comfortable, modern (surprising given the building was built in the 1400s) and service was impeccable. The amenities within the apartment is great, nice TVs, DVD player, cool radio and a wonderful kitchen. The apartment is smack in the city center as the name suggests. Parking is also available and is only about 200m away, very convenient if you drive to an old city like this. Supermarkets are also within a 1 -
The apartments are very modern. In the heart of the city and several
restaurants, river front near by. The owner Mandez and his wife are
awesome hosts and went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable
as possible. Would definitely stay here again and would highly
recommend it.

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was superb (1-1/2km to train station and walking distance to old town Salzburg), the street (Linzergasse) was pretty and vibrant, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, and the service was excellent! If you love to stick your head out the window and see what's going on in the street below, ask for a room facing the front (fun!). There are also lovely quiet rooms facing the back. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and suggestions
