Unique because this former pension has now been converted into one large holiday home and is ideal accommodation for large groups. You have this unique property all to yourself, privacy guaranteed. The very spacious holiday home (650 m2 of holiday pleasure) is distributed over three floors and has a relatively small kitchen, a charming lounge with a sitting room and 20 separate bedrooms with 18 bathrooms. It is all in good condition, even if some bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit dated. The country house is in a very central location, all of the facilities, such as various restaurants, the lake and the station (not much train traffic) are within walking distance, so you can park your car for your entire holiday. The ski bus stops nearly on the doorstep and will whisk you for free to the largest ski area in Austria (including Kitzbühel, Kirchberg, Westendorf and Ellmau, with a total of 247 lifts with 676 km of skiing pleasure!). All in all an ideal holiday home for larger groups.
