Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating (made us feel like family, even gave us new socks when ours got wet, since our luggage was delayed, and presented flowers from the garden in a vase with our coffee on Mother's Day ). This is one of the few hotels where you can feel at home. The hostess was friendly and helpful, she made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The room was cleaned every day. Innsbruck is easy to reach (a 5-minute drive or by S-Bahn). It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Gasthof Stern!

We stayed in the cabin shaped as a tree log, it was very cosy and cute. It was spacious, with 2 separate areas, one for sleeping, another for eating. It was November and it was cold, but the staff provided us with a heater so it wasn't cold inside.

Very nice room with foyer, sitting area and sleeping area. Resort with great activities for the whole family. Lake front room. Very helpful staff with great maps of Innsbruck. Transportation to Innsbruck provided. Terrific place for a vacation with children with easy access to Innsbruck. Lots of access to markets and other shops for necessities.

Lovely hosts very helpful and great breakfast. Clean, secure comfortable accommodation and great wifi in room. Very good location for walking in the mountains but also only a 25 min bus ride into innsbruck. Axams is an incredible pretty village. -

Quiet location, but only 10 minutes on bus to city centre. Staff was very friendly and breakfast substantial. Car park was locked in the evening so knew car woudl be safe. Balcony overlooked garden adn was a bit of a suntrap. -
Easy to reach the City from the Pension. Good Breakfast, a small balcony was nice to have. Free car parking and wifi.
