Superb 10/10 this was the most beautiful property.. Full of antique furniture. Our room was perfect the most comfy bed and a shower that you will never forget . thanks for the complimentry port in our room. Amazing history added to the ambience . Noel and Neal were so friendly and their gorgeous dogs greeted us so lovingly.. This hotel would win the best breakfast award by far.. Just AMAZING we were absolutely spoilt with choices . todo comentarios » Everything. Staff was great, friendly and welcoming. Rooms superseded description! Very clean room and comfortable bed. The best thing about the stay however was the breakfast, the quality of the spread, smell of fresh pastries and a range of juices. It was one of the best start to a day in a while!! I could not recommend to stay at Meredith house more. Swansea is a good place to stay if you are looking to explore the surrounding beaches or national park. Swansea itself does not have to many at. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided excellent accommodation. On arrival they had prepared yummy muffins for afternoon tea to go with the real coffee provided in our room. Our room was very comfortable, very quiet, everything we needed for an overnight stopover. Right in town, walking distance to everything. Great stop on the beautiful Freycinet coast. And then the breakfast! Loads of choice, all yummy. The baked porridge was delicious :-) We appreciated the free wifi. Highly recommend. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Be it local restaurants or sights, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable and quiet with everything you could want, even local restaurant menus. Breakfast was very thoughtful, too, including fruit salad, muesli, locally baked pastries, lovely mixed juices freshly made and well as eggs, bacon and roasted tomatoes. Make sure you say hi to Dougal the Dog. Would like to return again and happily recommend Meredith House. Well, what can we say, the hosts and stay were perfectly wonderful. The breakfast was out of this world with fresh baked muffins and crumpets baked by the host, we even had muffins in our room when we arrived. The house and it''s decor is perfectly delightful, would stay there again and again, thanks Noel and Neal, Dougal and Lulu. Meredith House was probably the best B&B we stayed in while on our Tasmanian holiday. We occupied the upstairs Queen room with Bay views. The location was excellent and the breakfast was unbelievable - all cooked fresh by the owners. Would highly recommend this B&B. The quiet location yet a short walk to the amenities/restaurants. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with advice on where to go. Their breakfast was the best ever experienced in a B&B even providing a few take away muffins/croissants for morning tea. Helpfulness and knowledge of the hosts; overall hospitality; little things like an umbrella at the door when it was raining, decanter of sherry in the room and warm muffins on arrival; great breakfast; wonderful period surroundings; free wi-fi. Splendid use for a heritage house, friendly helpful owners with lots of local knowledge and cute dogs. They make a great effort to offer guests that little extra. Super breakfasts and happy to see guests take extras for snacks or lunch. a historic and very beautiful building. And the host are friendly and offered us a wonderful home cook breakfast. They're considerate and nice. clean and stylish decoration. We really want to stay for more nights if we have time. Everything! Noel and Neil are lovely, cook great breakfasts and you must drink the "ugly" juice. Dougal and Lulu are sweet dogs who like having their tummies rubbed. I stayed here 7 years ago and that's why I came back!. Beautiful old house, excellent accommodation in a great location close to waterfront - hosts Neal and Noel very helpful - great sense of humour! A beautifully run heritage house with a fabulous garden in the centre of a small seaside resort. Total guest care and brilliant food including all home made breads, muffins and croissants. We liked everything. The welcome we received on arrival, it was like returning to catch up with very dear friends, nothing was any trouble. The breakfast was superb we felt like royalty.
