From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet with no road noise.
Unusually friendly office staff. Very clean, quiet and well appointed room. Quiet given the hwy location. Street level parking and room.

Personnel at the desk did not know the local area and could not answer questions

good - see what we liked. -Too far to supermarket/shops. -No
cooking facilities. -No phone. -Poor local taxi services. -No maps of
local area in motel.
The sanititiser used on pillows was so overpowering that I could not tolerate it. I had to exchange pillows with the spare ones in the cupboard. Unfortunately these were only marginally better and my sleep was fitful as a result. The pillows themselves were not comfortable.
Not clean properly at all and cockroaches in the bathroom.
Highway noise.
