I have used this hotel 3 times now as a stop off on my trips north. It is easy to find, well priced, in a great spot, and the staff are super friendly and nothing was or is a problem. There are loads of restaurants/takeaways within walking distance as well as shops if you want to browse. The foyer has vending machines for late night snacks for the kids, so save your change!!!. Having stayed here when it was Formule 1 i have to say the beds are so much more comfy. Also it was good that there was a bar fridge in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee in the breakfast area was also appreciated.
todo comentarios » Location was perfect. Right next to a great hotel, with several clubs and restaurants nearby which offer a great variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again. Very eco-friendly. The Ibis was great value for money. The ability to buy breakfast for $9 pp was excellent value also. The room was clean and had good lightning, tv, comfortable and clean bedding. The staff were very very friendly and helpful, and generally it was a great place to stay. Especially if you get the premier or greyhound bus as the stop is right outside. We checked in after midnight and the touch screen check in was very convenient and easy. clean room & friendly staffs. not far from shops,restaurants & golf course,. plenty of parking easy access, spacious room very friendly staff and patrons. Very pleasant and efficent staff Comfy beds Clean sheets Really good valve. Convenient location, secure parking, reasonably comfortable and clean. The price was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the convenience to eateries and the quietness and friendly staff. basically what was expected from a budget motel. clean cheap and central to what we needed to do. Friendly staff. the noise from the pub next door. although it seemed to stop reasonably early for a pub. It was a hot night in Coffs Harbour on our arrival and the air-conditioner in our room was on a 3 hour timer. Shower did'nt have any run off, so bathroom floor was wet after shower. Just needs a strip to stop water. Was only there for 6 hours, it was a little noisy with people coming and going. no fridge in the room. struggling up 2 flights of stairs with a baby 2 kids luggage for all and a pram as a single parent. Some mould and rust in the bathroom and on the A/C. Very small room. No bedside tables. It was right next to the pub and we stayed on a Saturday night. Due to it being cheap there were also a lot of young people staying there who were very inconsiderate of other guests. Unfortunately neither myself or my husband got much sleep - not good when we had to travel the next day. Next time we will pay more and stay somewhere quiet - sorry!. one thing only and that is how the water runs all over the floor from the shower it can't be hard for a small levy there. n/a. N/A. The bathroom could have been better designed for the space. The guy down the hall speaking loudly on his phone in the middle of the night---- in Indian I think. shower head to low for 180cm tall person. I have difficulty climbing stairs Would have been nice to know there was no elevator. Not sure if ground floor rooms are available, but these would have been preferable. didnt provide bath mat or hand towels. when i used the internet had to pay a certain amount of money to print. Only 1 pillow per person. no where to hang anything. very small but for the money not supprising. Tiny room. No kettle or bar fridge. Shower room very tired. Poor direction for the location of the hotel in internet, and the street sign wasn't there so took a while to get help from the local people (even she had to ring to the hotel for the exact location, especially when driving in the thunder storms and late evening arrived on Saturday where only a few people in the street!. dusty rooms small. The staff put me in one of the back rooms as I had pre-read about pub noise. This didn't help at all as really noisy and several drunks walked the corridors banging doors. Triple rooms very small, very little walking space. Basic, but clean. We only stayed one night which was enough, longer holidays you would need more space. noise and the bathroom. bugs in the bathroom, faulty fire alarm that went off twice at 3am, ending in a call out from the fire brigade. no shampoo in the room. breakfast are not appealing and food very basic. should have fresh fruit not tin. Large group of visitor yelling swearing in hall from 12am onward. No so called manager spoke with them. No bedside tables. No weight in shower curtain which meant it stuck to you.
