The staff have all been very helpful in arranging late chekins and late
checkout. I also left some items behind on my last stay and they found
them and kindly put them in my room for my return visit. Very impressed.
Very quiet and in a very convenient location.
Closeness to rna showgrounds so a quick walk back from Soundwave, clean

The location was brilliant, we came for the night life and got what we were looking for. The room was clean and presentable.
No bells and whistles but extremely clean and everything you need if not planning on spending much time in the room.

The parking system. We got three tickets for the parking station
but it swallowed two of our tickets so when we went out of the
carpark it wasn't accepted. We called for assistance and they
let us out though.
The option for a later check out would be good, we were out late at the clubs and were still not 100% sure we were safe to make the trip home!.
roomd were small , could not get foxtell had to cliomb over one side of bed to get in.
If you wanted to sit at the table to eat together you couldn't as there was only one chair.
Felt like a hostel, bathroom was more like a built in wardrobe, view from window was a brick wall.
The room was very small.
There was no hot water at 3am .could not do washing late at night and
the dryer took to long only one seat in room.
ciuldnt say anything negative appart from the rooms being a bit small, but then it was no real issue.
Did get noisey at times,you could hear everyone coming & going.

Rooms are only little but it was neat and tidy.
The plastic chairs were stained. There was only one room light which unfortunately didn't illuminate the nook with the kettle etc.
Small, cramped, thin walls so don't get a noisy neighbor.
Car park instructions re. SnoozeInn voucher not very clear. Check in
took to long 15-20 mins. No brochure for secure car park procedure, or
rear entry and after hours entry for guest arrival.
Bathroom was a little small . Smoking area was outside our room so a little noisy.
Reception hours need to be extended.
Room was not clean... Basin and shower were both dirty, fridge had not been cleaned out.
Access to wickham street mall - had to lk the long way around instead of going through the downstairs exit.
Smell.
No cable as advertised. No Movie chanels as advertised.
