The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. He recommended a few places to eat - one of them was a great nearby pub with boutique brewery and excellent food called Manush. The owner was also friendly and sorted us out with taxi's etc. Breakfast was .

Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and . The staff - particularly Oliver and Ignacio were amazing. They really care about their guests and want to ensure you have an excellent stay in Bariloche. The hotel was mid-sized, clean and welcoming. Very close to downtown (though there is a steep hill) and on the right side of town if you want to head out to the chicco circut, etc. Oliver helped us reserve a car at a much better then we were able to find in town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. Stunning hotel - really can't recommend enough! The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. The waterfall shower in the bathroom was really welcome as well! The location is excellent, really close to the main street and bars/restaurants. The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff were not there when we had checked into the hotel, so we were checked-in by the cleaning staff and one of the ladies was not welcoming. Otherwise, hotel is perfect. Slightly too hot at night. Nothing. The hotel is uphill and mature people without a car will have trouble. (Young people will curse but the view is magnificent.). nothing. They made no attempt to provide any sort of breakfast before 8:00am despite the fact they were clearly up & about. Almost to the point of embarrassment. Several other hotels went out of there way to provide a breakfast pack if you were leaving early but this hotel was sorry too bad! This was the only thing that really let this hotel down. Wifi didnt work in our room.
