The hotel has an excellent location. The room was very comfortable, it has everything we needed. Small but fine breakfast with fresh pastries.
The guys who run the hotel are super nice and they had great recommendations for us about where to go to eat and go out.
Great people, particularly Manu! It is well situated in the centre of Palermo. They were very flexible in accommodating our requests, like storing the luggage for some days or allowing us to leave a bit later from the bedroom.todo comentarios
Beautiful little hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms were nice and clean. I always slept through the breakfast but if it is as nice as the rest of the deal I recommend it.

In our room, wifi could be a bit better, as it was difficult to catch (downstairs in the communal room was OK).
It is around 20 minutes walking to the nearest sub station (Palermo).
We had some problems with our laundry which they didnt pick up as agreed
and they forgot to pick us up at the airport (maybe also cause we booked
it only one day before). Nevertheless we filed these complaints with the
owner who is really nice and understanding and he assured us he will
look into these issues. Would definetely recommend this place!.
- Wifi in our room was not that good. But in the main area wifi was perfect.
The worst hotel experience I had in my life. I was mislead by good hotel
score. 1/ Horrible noice of hotel building works woke us up in the
mornings at 6am. 2/ Rooms facilities poor, ex. No normal curtains,
so room is not dark at night. Room very cold, bed linen not adapted so
slept with clothes. 3/ Breakfast very poor. 4/ No one at the
reception most of the time.
