We stayed at the park Hyatt for 2 nights after spending a few nights at a vineyard. The hotel is beautiful and in a great area to explore the city. The room was a good size and the staff could not of been more helpful. -
Best location in Mendoza, Concierge and bellhop staff were very friendly and helpful in organizing trips and transportation.

El hotel es precioso, está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad cerca del parque con vistas a las montañas. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas bien equipadas y los baños son extremadamente cómodos. El desayuno es autoservicio y lo productos son de muy buena calidad y muy variados. El hotel es, en general, de muy buena calidad. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, con buenas instalaciones, camas confortables. La limpieza funciona muy bien. El personal es bastante amable. La ubicación es privilegiada, pues se encuentra a muy poca distancia de la Plaza Independencia y, sin embargo,lo suficientemente retirado para no sufrir los efectos negativos de ello (ruido, peligro, comercio ilegal, etc).
El desayuno es bastante completo y los espaciuos comunes (lobby, gimnasio, etc)

We had a wonderful four night stay at Plaza Italia. Javier and his mother were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We opted to do the wine tour with Javier who took us on the most fabulous day of wine tasting. He also helped book us into the thermal spa for the next day and even drove us to the place to buy our bus tickets to Santiago. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We had to move rooms on our last night but even this was done seamlessly for us. I highly recommend

The inn's facilities and grounds were beautifully restored and maintained. Service from the staff -- Samira, Monica and Carolina -- and the owner Julia was outstanding across the board. I cannot say enough about this place. It was the perfect jumping off point for a 2 and a half day trip to the Mendoza wine region. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful with arranging transportation to wineries, restaurants, or anywhere else you want to go. The rooms are large and comfortable. We absolutely loved this place! Carlos and his family made us feel completely at home. They booked wineries and dinners for us, and even drove us to a dinner when we could not find a cab. They have a great breakfast, nice gym, and the rooms are great. We highly recommend this place!
