Everything! Incredibly friendly staff. Valerie on reception and every staff member were genuinely happy and helpful. Very clean, characterful, relaxing property. Great location - just a 5 minute walk from the stunning hilltop town of Roussillon. The hotel has payed attention to detail in everything from the design, the food, to the stunning gardens and pool area. The perfect hotel to relax in and very well located.
all reviews » Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff (English speaking). Rooms are recently renovated and spacy and have its own sharm. Free parking is a benefit and thanks to the staff we were proposed to keep the car 3 hours more after check out, in order to investigate the city. The hotel is 10 minuts walk from the Park des Ocres, which is worth seeing. The food was superb and unbelievably good value for money, it was a real gourmet experience. The hotel was in a very quiet area but within walking distance of Roussillon, our favourite village in the Luberon area. The ground floor rooms have a very nice private seating area surrounded by a hedge. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance of the town of Roussillon with ample parking. There is a beautifull garden with a sparkling swimming pool for the warmer days. The rooms are comfortable but on the small side. A good breakfast is available. There is the friendly athmosphere of a family run business,. The location is perfect , we left our car at the hotel parking and took 10 min walking to the Roussilion - very nice place with perfect view to surroundings, good restaurants and painting galleries. The hotel has a very romantic decoration of the garden, nice swimming pool. The accommodation was lovely, in a park like setting, surrounded by trees, with a swimming pool. The staff were friendly, and helpful. We ate at the hotel in the evening, and the food was very good. The village of Roussillon was within easy walking distance. The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful in suggesting places of interest. Valerie was particularly helpful assisting with a little problem we had. Location was excellent allowing us to visit many of the local villages. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. Food very good. very relaxed atmosphere. pool and pool area very clean and tidy, poolside attendant bringing towels and drinks to the pool side was a real treat. will be going again. Close to Roussillon (a very short walk), nice landscaping, nice pool, good service with extra pool towels, clean rooms, safe parking lot, nice private little patio with rooms on the ground floor, attentive and kind staff. Excellent accommodations, attentive and helpful staff, especially Valarie, quiet area, a short walk to the bustling village, a central spot to tour the area. Quiet location but close to the village. The garden was a bit too manicured for my taste but I have no complaints: had a very nice stay. Great location near the lovely village of Roussillon 10 minute walk. Rooms are small and quite dark, and basically have the feel of a motel room in th us. We did not have the breakfast buffet, but the coffee was undrinkable- possibly the worst coffee I had in France for many years. Unfortunately, we had to wait our simple drinks (in pool) for more than a half hour. We did'nt like the policy of not being able to eat or drink in the rooms! if your on holiday, you should be able to enjoy a cup of coffee in bed if you choose. Also I think the rooms should be equipped with a mini frig. none. Not a thing!. Two noisy neighbours from Holland.
