The backyard and frontyard are gorgeous. We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape. We basically got to see everything we needed to see because of his directions! No gps needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We did not want to leave this p

The room was huge, one of the largest I've stayed in, lots of room
to navigate and store items, and it was set up very very comfortably,
extremely clean. Loved the walk-in closet, and the front and back
balconies with doors to each, gave us more privacy if desired.
Appreciated the working drawers by the bathroom sink, very useful, and

idea. Also liked the larger size fridge rather than the small compact

The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff people were friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Best of all, the motel is right in the middle of Main Street, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and boutiques and the ferry terminal.

Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the
friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort.
And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on
reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and

This was a very clean(my room 108 looked recently renovated) well run
motel. You can leave your car here and take the ferries to Nantucket. It
is definitely cheaper than parking in the ferry lots. Very friendly
staff and decent breakfast for a very reasonable price. -

I've seen a few unfair reviews of the hotel, and I'm not sure why. I stayed in a single room, which was big, comfortable and clean. The location was excellent - the hotel was opposite the boarding point for the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. For what you pay, the room stay is great value for money. The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation. My family and I would definitely stay here again

very clean kept up facilities, friendly staff, pool right by the water, heard from a staff member they donate certain electrical items and grills to charities so their offerings are always new! Plenty of closet/storage space. Again, VERY clean!!! VERY helpful and accommodating staff!!!

The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe. Will return for sure :) -

Everything. I stayed at Hunters Green during the July 4th holiday and had to come back again before the end of summer. I absolutely love the staff here (its under new management) everyone is courteous and makes you feel welcome. The pool is always clean and heated and the hot tub will put you to sleep. The owner and staff were outstandingly friendly. Extremely accommodating helpful with where to eat and not to eat. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay with them again. Free excellent coffee or tea all day/evening until office closes is a nice perk. Heated pool was nice and the owner even kept it open a little later for me and my family to swim. The price was excellent hope it stays in this economy.

My mother was dying, and when I booked on line, they charged me more and
helped me get the price I had booked the hotel for. The hotel helped
when I mistakenly being so upset about mom, and they fixed the right
date, gave me a room and gave me the price that was quoted on line, and

I loved the warm cookie on check in. The bathrooms and Bedding were very modern. The windows opened to let in fresh air (hotels can get stuffy). Staff was friendly and helpful. Only a short drive to main streets of Hyannis.

Reliable, comfortable rooms, great staff, good parking, close to good nature walks(we don't come during the "season", but instead for relaxation get-aways for a couple of nights, usually winter/spring. Good value for cost. -

do get one of the rooms in the #32..36 range, they have harbor view and a rear porch and are very roomy. Very friendly staff, helpful and sympathetic.
Location 5 mins from Main St, just right to get hungry and settle yourself a bit on the way home. -
Nice view of harbor, convenient to boats, clam shacks.
