Frank at the front desk was probably one of the best people I have ever encountered in his position.
All staff went out of their way to be friendly -
Front desk people were very helpful and accommidating. They got us a room with a balcony and a great view. Made the whole stay much more enjoyable.

Chalet style, much better than hotel. Nice restaurant, good food. Nice discounts on Dells activities. -

My wife and I took our two infant daughters here to celebrate our 12 wedding anniversary along with my mother and sister-in-law as baby sitters and we all were very comfortable! It was my bday weekend and me my friends wanted 2get away. what I like about my stay at mirror lake was the luxury of it. It felt like I was staying in a townhouse the kitchen was fully equipped rooms was clean staff was nice the activity center had a indoor pool tennis and basketball court it was relaxin experience and I know I am going back

We were very surprised what a nice place this was. Very friendly, especially nice to kids. Thought the Easter egg hunt was so nice on Easter morning. The little ones loved it. The life guard on duty after 3:00 was amazing. Very professional but still wonderful with the kids. Loved the fact we could take snacks in the pool for the little ones

The free breakfast was excellent. Everything was stocked and there was a large selection of breakfast items to eat.
The indoor and outdoor pools are very nice. The kids loved the water slides and having the choice of both pools.
The refrigerator was nice size and it was nice to have it as well as the microwave. The pillows are very comfortable and so was the bed.
The staff was very friendly, the location was very good, and the outside look of the hotel is attractive and inviting.

oom was nice, the bed and pillows the most comfortable I've ever experienced. Nice pool area for the kids, I had two 10 year olds who had a great time there. Close to outlet mall, staff provided free discounts to many area attractions as well as discounted tickets to Noahs Ark. Breakfast was good value. -

The suite was perfect for my family of four. It was newly remodeled and had everything you would need, very nice! We will most definitely try and stay there again!
The waterparks are all a good walking distance away, but that didn't seem to bother anyone in my family (I have two boys, 4 1/4 and 2 1/2 yr old) We even brought an umbrella stroller
