  Not perfectly located, but Tidewater made up for that in the friendliness of the staff, value, facilities, cleanliness and comfort. And not forgetting the amazing on-site breakfast diner! The guy on reception was very helpful and gave hints and tips on local eateries and things to do. It was very quiet (perhaps the time of year) and the indoor poo... τι λέει ο κόσμος » l was a big plus. - It was much more than I'd hoped for in a budget hotel, so that was a lovely surprise. Definitely would stay there again, next time I visit Cape Cod.

  The apartment was very clean, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and more. I loved that we had 2 full baths, that we got extra towels and extra pillows. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the private balcony. The maid service was excellent. It made for a very relaxing vacation.   The room was very clean. I love the idea that the Duvet Cover was washed. We had problems with the room cooling and we were offered another room right away. Brad was very helpful. They are going through the trouble of mailing my forgotten phone charger and my sons left behind Nike running shoe.   Everything. I stayed at Hunters Green during the July 4th holiday and had to come back again before the end of summer. I absolutely love the staff here (its under new management) everyone is courteous and makes you feel welcome. The pool is always clean and heated and the hot tub will put you to sleep. The motel is located smack in the middle of all of West Yarmouth's activities and great if you have kids and don't wa - The owner and staff were outstandingly friendly. Extremely accommodating helpful with where to eat and not to eat. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would definitely stay with them again. Free excellent coffee or tea all day/evening until office closes is a nice perk. Heated pool was nice and the owner even kept it open a little later for me and my family to swim. The price was excellent hope it stays in this economy.

We were able to sit outside and relax often. The location is also pretty good. Less than a minute drive to a bank and ice creamery. There is also a cute convience store and alcohol store less than a walk away. The owner is also great. He was able to give us directions to the best route up the cape. We basically got to see everything we needed to see because of his directions! No gps needed. The breakfast is also delicious. We did not want to leave this p
