  This room was an excellent value for the price. Hotel recently renovated and very welcoming in appearance including the blue statue of liberty on the front lawn. (An unusual site in this small town.)We liked the friendly staff who were enthusiastic and appear to be trying to develop their business in a positive way. The bed was excellent. There was a microwave and a small fridge. I liked that I could open the windows for fresh air and that there was a large cushioned seat by the window. The view was nice as well. I would stay here again.
