The two desks clerks were extremely friendly. Angela only started 2 weeks ago and she handled some stressful mornings very calmly. And for a tiny, little person I was impressed how she handled the maids during a work meeting which I overheard. Rooms were very nice and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely continue to stay there when we go to San Francisco. This hotel has been the place we stay at for the past 3 years and only continues to get better.

The accommodations were family friendly and very close to San Francisco museums and sites. The staff were amazing. For example, I offered the housekeeper a tip to care for our room the next day, and she told me she wouldn't be on staff the next day and returned the tip! That kind of honesty is remarkable. Suite layout with kitchenette good size for family of four. Relative price was reasonable. Complimentary laundry was nice surprise and Very much appreciated. Staff friendly, all greeted us and made feel welcome. No hot breakfast, but what was there was adequate with some nice touches - Greek yogurt, soy milk, good coffee, fruit. Happy to have gym, used everyday

The free airport shuttle was great, made it easy to get from the airport to the Travel Lodge and to the airport the next morning.
The staff was very friendly and able to answer any questions that we had. - Proximity to the airport.

I loved the proximity of hotel to SFO airport.
The staff at front desk were great! Friendly and helpful.
My room- a suite - was lovely. Comfortable, practical, in good decorative order.
It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Room facilities were very good. Shower was powerful.
Breakfast (included in price) was good.

I had a pleasant and restful stay -
The staff was very helpful. We were able to leave our car at the hotel for a very reasonable price, and were shuttled to the airport directly to our airline, with plenty of time to check in for our flight. The person at the front desk recommend a great Thai restaurant for dinner.

The staff worked with us for a late check-out due to our sons surgery in San Francisco and his release from the hospital. - The staff was very accomodating especially when we asked to be moved toa quieter room since ours was above a loud party!

Breakfast was great! Pool and jacuzzi were wonderful to be in at the end of a day of touring San Francisco. Accommodating to our requests for more blankets and pillows. -
Everything! The hotel staff was simply amazing. They all went out of their way to make sure we had a great anniversary.

Thought he was going to smash door down..sounded like a jackhammer. -
The Room was nice. And clean. The Mattress was very comfortable. Didn't have to ask for extra pillows. There was a Fridge and microwave in the room that you could use.

The gentleman working the grave shift made my stay exceptional.
Starbucks inside the property. Both freeway exits literally around the
corner. Marriott'=most comfortable matress ive ever slept on!! -

Close to airport, friednly staff, good shuttle servis to airport and an also shuttle to SF downtown available, good breakfast, good location for jet lag time period, very friendly stuff, nice 24 h coffee area. We stayed 12.days in HI in Linden, NY in Dec 2011, we have only good experience with hampton Inn hotels -
