The room was immaculate! The robes were soft and comfortable unlike
other hotels robes that are stiff. The designs of the rooms was gorgeous
and the bed is super comfortable. The best thing of all was the balcony
with an amazing view and because of that view, the friendly staff and
the cleanliness, I will stay at this hotel every time I'm in Sedona.
The letsbookhotel.com rooms are generally not the ones with a balcony on the
river. Try to get in one of those rooms, you get the greatest view. Was
there off season so got offered one at no extra cost. It is right in the
middle of town! The free breakfast is nice to get you started and far

Location to uptown was excellent as I could park the car and walk. The price was reasonable since I spent little time in the hotel during the day. The staff were friendly. The pool area was rarely used. The balcony view looked out over the red rocks was beautiful.
Although the resort wasn't as modern as its surroundings, it was quaint and perfect for me since I was looking to just get away. The view from my balcony was awesome and the room was perfect. My only regret was staying just one night.
Our stay was brilliant - just what we were looking for. Away from the road, individual balcony gave privacy, sliding door to balcony so we could wake up to a fantastic sight, easy walking distance to town amenities. Thank you.
this was a great deal for the money. it was not fancy but clean and quaint. Breakfast was slim but the roon was great. close to downtown so you can easily walk to eating places.
Right in the center of Sedona. Beautiful room with great view of countryside. Because of inclement weather we wanted to leave a day early and thy refunded our money! Amazing!.
loved the view from our 2nd story room, & it was quiet, & close to a lot of rest., & shops.
The best part of our stay was the view out our arcadia door and the deck we could sit on to enjoy it.

Great view. Loved the charming stained glass window in the bathroom.
The pool could have been heated and open a little later than 10 :) Also
a couple of complimentary water bottles in the hotel fridge would have
been welcomed.
Slightly outdated from the inside.
The noise carried from the upstairs unit to the unit below. The pillows were not comfortable. I prefer a duvet with a washable cover rather than a bedspread which is not laundered between guests.
Too much stuff on the vanity. Had to be careful not to hit the coffee maker and other beverage stuff when at the sink.
We really could have used a hand towel rail by the sink. Also it would be very useful to put the coffee maker on a table away from the bathroom sink. This space was too limited for non essentials. If remodeling please add sound proofing between floors.
front desk closed at 10:30 and our ETA was 12:30 so I received a call from hotel. Nothing was said on internet when I made reservation.
We could hear every footstep and sliding of the glass door from the room above us.
The window in the front door gave too much light from outside lamps, and the shower head was too low.
Also, one of our patio chairs was broken, almost fell backwards in the chair.

Would have liked access to the ice machine after lobby closed at 10:30 pm.

one of the staff was very nice and one of staff was very bad cause we asked to him to have upstairs but he said yours is a downstairs. we slept one night at the downstairs, there's too much noise even somebody fart can hear from up stairs. next day we changed to up stairs.I do not recommend to anybody this Cedars Resort Hotel...there's many vacancy rooms but they gave us noise room. THANK YOU.
No bathroom in lobby (room wasn't ready).
Though priced like one, this is a resort in name only. It's really
just a nice, though highly over-priced, motel. The path to the creek
shown in the pictures is not open; it's still under construction.
The one that is open will qualify you as an honorary mountain goat. The
creek itself was nothing special.
