The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

The location. The room was nice ans the bathroom was great but the
shower was a bit small. The sitting room was nice and lots of closet
space. The best parts were the black out blinds that were switch
operated so no need to get out of bed and of course that there was a
Starbucks in the hotel. -

We were treated incredibly well. We noted we were on our 40th Anniversary so were upgraded to the jacuzzi King room~so special. Upon returning to our room from an outing, we were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and congratulations card! Love the location right near Safeco Field and the football stadium. Also easy walking distance to King St Station. Yes the hotel is in a business district but that works for us! We love Jimmy's restaurant as it has good food at reasonable prices. The staff there were lovely. Unfortunately the pool and spa were being retiled so we could not use them, but have on previous visits. The location, even though a bit distant from downtown, was great in that
Capital Hill has some great restaurants and everything else you as
visitor might need---drugstores, banks, grocery store, coffee shops (of

Never stayed here before. Last minute choice. Delighted with the
experience. Room was very comfortable, very nice king bed, refrigerator
and microwave, and a separate bar-style sink and counter. Lots of hot
water for the shower! Very easy to get to points in Metro Seattle.
Breakfast in the room very good an inexpensive. Grocery shopping one
block away, lots of small restaurants nearby, also.

This Hotel was wonderful. Spent our 20th Anniversary night here. The suite was very luxurious and modern. Staff found out it was our anniversary and put champangne in our room. The attached resturant 'Stoneburner' was very good also. The Ballard neighborhood was quiet and had many options for dinner and local pubs. -
