  The room was very clean and had been updated. It was obvious that the owner took pride in keeping the facility well-kept. He had flower boxes on the exterior to give it a more homey and welcoming look. The bed was comfortable and the furnishings in good repair. The location made trips into Monterey very easy. We would stay there again if we should... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ever go to the Monterey area. - i loved everything. i grew up in monterey county and moved to san luis obispo county. everytime i go up north i stay there and i would recommend it. the staff are super nice, friendly, and easy-going. some places i've stayed at they were rude and acted as if they want you to leave. here they act like they are happy to have you stay. its quiet, clean, and really affordable.

It didn't come stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but you could come prepared & bring your own. Fridge was a good size; microwave a plus! Also nice to have a coffee machine in the room even though you can get some in the morning from the free breakfast, which is always nice. I will buy one of those waffle irons some day! The pool is a great temperature.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. I am so glad that he strongly suggested me to visit " Big Surf" besides "17 miles".   My friends and I came here for a quick golfing expedition, and we decided on this hotel because of its affordability. For the price we paid, we didn't expect a nice hotel, but we certainly got one! What a pleasant surprise. The rooms were great!
