  James & Cindy were amazing at the front desk... We had some special needs guests with us & they did everything possible to accomodate us fabulously! Location is perfect, rooms are beautiful, breakfast was great! Whole staff was eager to help throughout our stay. - Large atrium for breakfast was nice.   We had a wanderful 3 days trip in this hotel. This hotel is just a short drive from Santa Cruz and about an 1 drive from San Francisco. The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable. The hot tube and the heated pool was very nice even the weather was a bit chilly. The restaurant is very nice too. This hotel is very good if you want to stay close to Santa Cruz or eve - The rooms and the staff were most attentive to our needs. The desk staff friendly and helpful. We had an excellent waiter for dinner who understood our needs and time constraints; he also arranged a cab for us. The bed was comfortable and got a good nights sleep.

  Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi! It was great to come back and relax in the pool/spa. We were there with our young daughter and liked that The restaurant and bar opens to the pool but it wasn't a "bar" atmosphere. We could swim and relax in the spa, have a glass of wine and watch her. We took beachwear and dry clothes as well as the cooler full of sn - The room and bathroom were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The bed and sheets were immaculate and very comfortable! The Hotel is in a great location about a 5 minute walk from the 'town' (local shops, restaurants and plenty of them!) This Hotel is brand new and ultra modern with even an iphone/ipad docking station and charger in the room. Great coffee maker as well that as a pleasure to wake up to in the morning! We didn't get a chance to use the pool and spa but it looked absolutel
