The studio was fantastic, with a kitchen full with pans, pots and utensils, and there is a fridge and electric stove. The place was clean and the staff very friendly. I was not approached by any sales person, something other reviewers mentioned.The location was great, in the heart of downtown SD. It's very easy to reach the airport and a 10 min walk to the convention center. Gaslamp area central... Walking distance to restaurants and very easy trolley/bus stops to all the main attractions. Easy walk to the Harbour. Extras very much appreciated... Drinks and food during the day, free laundry particularly appreciated, assistance from staff re attractions around town and good advice for eating venues.

Bathroom was very spacious compared to hotel bathrooms. Located on a street that has tons of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Easy walking distance to Petco Park. Great location. Almost everything at walking distance. The hotel itself provides everything you want in an apartment from recent kitchen appliances to a complimentary laundry room. Everybody was smiling and welcoming and the apartment was extremely comfortable (unit looked recently refreshed). Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, and were also able to recommend good places to eat when we asked. The room was lovely, and everything we needed while we were staying for comic con. Would recommend to others. Excellent location - close to shops and trolleys etc Had a kitchenette Wonderful home made chocolate chip cookies!! Allowed us to check in early. Very freindly staff. I stayed for almost 2 weeks here, most staffs are great, few is not. The free laundry, steam and suna are great deal, but they only do room keeping once few days which are weird. Location was great. Size of the room. Central location. The place is really central, so close to the bar scene. My room was on the back, so I was not bothered by it, but if your room is on 5th avenue, expect the usual street noise, especially during weekend nights. No daily room service. Street was a bit noisy as late as 11:00 and as early as 5:00 am. A little bit noisy at night (street noise). Timeshare Meeting. Almost nothing. Parking fees is too high. Constant pressure to attend their meetings re time share ownership started as soon as we were checked in and everyday we were there. No should mean no so don't bottom Ther me again about it. Nothing. Everything was great. No maid service. Not a big deal, but you should inform guests. Attempts to sell me a timeshare. This is a timeshare apartment. Unfortunately they tried to sell the timeshare to me twice. The second time I had to say "no" multiple times before they gave up. No hot tub. Didn't much like the "timeshare" schtick, with room never serviced (in a 4-day stay) and sales staff eager to try to make a sale. Also the $30 parking was a turn-off. No room or maid service, uncomfortable beds we were not told that this was not a hotel - we have not seen the name Harbour Lights but Wyndham. This was basicly a time share. I was never told that this was a 'time share' hotel which is actually called the Wyndham Hotel not Harbour Lights. There was no daily room clean even though it was the most expensive of the 6 hotels we stayed in on our trip. I was also upset that we were accosted the minute we arrived (before we had even been to our room) and pressured into agreeing to go to a 1 1/2 hour talk about time share. I was not at all happy with this.
