The pool area was great my grand doughter loved it, and the staff was
very pleasent.
location great staff we stayed before and will come back again and again.

I felt sorry for the housekeeper who had a load of cleanings and stayed
very nice even though we were sent to a room that she was in the middle

Pet-friendly.
Location.
The breakfast was nuts, this was not the staffs fault some of the people
were just rude as hell and ate like animals no respect for other poeple,
one lady walked right over my grand doughter to get her food.
The pillows were too small.
Toilet was not clean upon arrival.
We had ants by the window and also in shower area . there also ants at
the dinning table .when we booked with you we thought we were getting
the room for 130.00 and we were charged 165.00 a 35.00 a night more not
happy with that.
The room stunk of cigarette smoke. We were not asked about a nonsmoking
room. The pillows were child size although there were 4 on each bed.
There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot. When going to get coffee in
lobby the cups were extra small and some of creme containers were bad
thus need to throw coffee out.
Charging an extra $25 per day to allow pet, plus hotel ended up costing
well over $100 more (for three nights) than my letsbookhotel.com quote.
Way too expensive for a dirty room & breakfast.
