I loved being able to bring our dogs. I loved being able to walk straight from the car to the room. I loved the easy access to expressway and quaint Vermont town. I liked the friendly staff, natural setting, down-to-earth feel, and the price was a huge draw. Perfect for our road trip to catch a day of exquisite skiing before the season's end. -

The Motel’s restaurant Nippers Café served great food. We enjoyed our stay at the Stamford Motel and viewing the beautiful Vermont fall foliage.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff - we were upgraded to a suite which was fantastic.

The rooms were large and very nicely painted, up to date and decorated,
very comfortable rooms. The pool was nice. The whole inn was very clean
and well-taken care of. The continental breakfast had great breads and
variety. It was also possible to order eggs and bacon for a small $5.00
fee - a bargain. The coffee was also very good. We weren't the

eat dinner on weekends only, but the menu looked fabulous and the dining
room was lovely. All in all, a great, quiet place to stay. -
The family that runs the inn are just wonderful, Kate has the two cutest little boys you could ever imagine -- Sam who is only 15 mos old came out at breakfast to hand us all our cutlery. laid back and friendly, and the room was spacious and spotless -- loved having the little mini kitchen too.

They were really friendly and always ready to give advices. The mini suite was really big, thoere was a lot of activities in the hotel : pool, spa, kid playground. Well located too for outdoors activities. And the breakfast is really good. The afternoon tea is a very nice touch, too!

Host's hospitality is unbeatable. Cottages are very clean inside despite being very old. We got to travel back in time to see how people had lived in these cottages. The inn is an outstanding value for the money. The innkeepers and their staff clearly work very hard to keep the place clean and cater to the needs of their guests. Its location is easy to find, not in the town centre but not far away.
Staffs (owners) are very friendly and helpful. They provide delicious breakfast in a beautiful dining room. They try to find Vermont Road Map as I request for free instead of buying it outside in the city.
It's was the best for value of money in my 2 weeks trip.
