  The location was perfect, close to union square and downtown SF. The room was clean and comfortable. Elevator was well maintained. Had a kiosk where you can check in online and print your boarding pass. Had a tour desk to arrange your tour in SF. Overall was a pleasant stay. - I was overcharged and it took a while for the receptionist to believe ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » me (even though I had my original booking (with letsbookhotel.com printed out) and then work out what to do.
