  We loved the hotel, the complimentary breakfast was a perfect start to the day, the fact we were upgraded to a suite - both rooms, the friendliness of the staff everything was no trouble and the central location was ideal for the theatres, restaurants and easy of getting to anywhere else. They upgraded our room to a junior suite for the same price. The concierge was very helpful, and the cleaning staff even took the trouble to put fresh ice in our ice bucket, where I was trying to keep a container of yogurt fresh. We booked initially for the location and were amazed at how many other benefits there were to staying at The Michaelangelo.

  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  Location is genius in the heart of Times Square, The open bus tour starts just in front of the hotel, We were in a Premium King Suite in the 25th floor and the view was very nice, Staff (House Keeping, reception & concierge) were extremely friendly and efficient, the suite was ready for the whole family consisting of 4 persons, I have 14 &... τι λέει ο κόσμος » 8 years kids who stayed in the sofa bed and it was acceptable for them, Please don't forget to get the free Special Cookies from the reception any ti - we enjoyed very much staying at the hotel: the suite was very comfortable and its size is not typical to ny hotels - much bigger. the staff was super friendly and helpful (Alex & David!!!) and helped solving personal issues regarding our trip in the most efficient way. The welcome greeting with the cookies was lovely and so the ice-cream and cookies treat on 4th july. the location is great, the view from the upper floors is dreamy - and yes - we will come back to the double tree hilton-time

  Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. Thehotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, thestaff were also very helpful and polite. We also had dinner at thererestaurant and drinks at there bar, where we found it to be very modernand clean.   The position is simply perfect to visit Manhattan, very close to Times Sq., the 5th Av., the theater distr. and a couple of strategic subway stations. We went as tourist for a long week-end and were complitely satisfied, but I would also consider this hotel for business trip. - Location was excellent... On 51st St. between 5th and 6th Ave. Right across from Radio City Musical Hall, and the Rockefeller Plaza/Center, plus the Subway station was around the corner. The room was a bit small, but comfortable enough for 3 (2 adults & one kid). The small fridge and microwave were a plus! The lobby is small compare to other big hotels, but it was quiet. The staff was always nice and helpful. I will stay there again!

  This was a perfect spot for us. We wanted to be close to the Thanksgiving day parade from which we flew in from Boston to see. Our hotel wasn't in the mob of millions of people but located just behind the crowd so all we needed to do was go back to the hotel to use the amenities. The best surprise was the excellent food as the adjacent restaraunt ... τι λέει ο κόσμος » which gave us 20% off ours meals because we stayed - I pre notified the hotel that it was my husbands birthday and so we were given a free room upgrade. Friendleness of staff. The conceierge (Gerry) was particularly helpfull with our restaurant and helicopter flight bookings. The chocolates on the pillows every evening and following days weather report was a nice touch. Well stocked mini bar. Free morning papers.

  Only the King Size BED, nothing else. - Clean, newly refurbished room. TV, internet, coffee maker, safe box and good toilet,bath/shower room. Bed was excellent! Staff were kept very busy but remained pleasent and friendly. The secure room for stowing bags was a great help, both before checking in and after checking out. - location, location, locati... τι λέει ο κόσμος » on. It was nicely refurbished and within easy walking distance of most everything that we wanted to do including subway and bus lines. The breakfasst was very nice and saved $ and time going somewhere else.
