The Christopher Dodge House is just such a cosy place to stay at with ataff that really makes you feel welcome, I fell in love with it as soon as I walked through the door! The room we had was really lovely with a fireplace and lot attention to detail. The dinining room is just such an amazing and inviting place with high ceilings and brick walls

We have been travelling all over the world with a family of four (adults plus daughters of 17 and 19) and Christopher Dodge has definitely been one of the best places to stay. Really helpful, pleasant and professional staff, nice clean premises, excellent breakfast and most of all a cosy, homely feeling. Since the location was great as well with walkig distance to the centre of Providence this all made for a great stay. Thank you, all at Christopher Dodge!

We had a grate time, Richard show us what to do, where to eat and he was
always looking to help us. After we left, my son left his wallet, and
Richard send us an email before we realized he had left it. He send it
to New York where we were. We had a very good time and we appreciatte
his efforts in send it back my son's wallet

The hostess, Kim was very friendly and accommodating. The place was just a few minutes walk to the heart of town and the cliff walk. It wasn't fancy but it was clean and comfortable. -
Very comfortable rooms. Great location. The staff was so welcoming and sweet :)

This place was great! It is right in the middle of all the action, a few minutes walk from everything! The inn was charming and authentic. The host for our stay was inn-sitting and he was amazing! We felt welcome and at home. We will definitely be back!! -

Bristol B&B was a perfect home base for visiting Newport and
Bristol. Kathleen was a delightful hostess and the breakfast was
delicious. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

This was our first Bed & Breakfast so we were a little skeptical. We
were so pleased with the Inn Keeper Cindy. She went above and beyond to
make sure we felt welcome, and we were comfortable. Her breakfast was
fantastic but nothing topped her chocolate chip cookies! She even gave
us a bag of them for our long trip home! I highly recommend sta

The Bayberry Inn, our room was very nice and comfortable beds. We left
feeling very relaxed, this was a wonderful getaway! Thanks! -
The property was well maintained and the room was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. For early risers or late night arrivals there was either a continental breakfast or fresh cookies and beverages.
The full breakfast at 9am was a pleasant experience that started our day of exploring with a full belly. The room was very romantic and spacious. I will stay here again and their off season rates are very reasonable while still including the amenities.

Our hostess was very informative about Newport's history and it's surrounding area . She made us very welcome . She explained that the hot entree at breakfast was just one choice which changed daily but was happy to make us something else if we didn't like it .

When we checked out I told her I suspected it would be the best breakfa -
This Inn was a jewel in our east coast journey. It was also the most
expensive night for us, but in Newport, you have to expect a higher
price. We were happy that we could park the car in their lot, and walked
where we wanted to until we checked out the next day. We did the Cliff
walk early in the morning, the best time in the heat of the summer. This
Inn is truly a treasure!

Bill and Mary were so friendly and accommodating. They were flexible
with a later check-in, allowed us to keep our bikes out back, and park
in their drive-way past check out. In addition, they were super helpful
in suggesting restaurants (including important details, such as letting
us know about one that was great, but didn't accept credit cards)

Rose Inn was walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants in Newtown. They have off street parking so we saved having to pay for parking on the strip. The breakfasts in the morning were wonderful and I looked forward to it each morning. The owners were so kind and had many recommendations for us. Our towels were replenished daily and our sheets turned down nightly, it was lovely.

The Marshall Slocum Inn, was beautiful. It's a quaint, quite piece
of relaxion. We were on our short Honeymoon, myself and my husband. We
checked in and it was already very friendly. The hostess, greeted us
with a hand shake and her name. For some reason, we were upgraded to
bigger room. She walked us in and from there... It was sheer heaven.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! My husband and I spent five nights at the Marshal Slocum Inn and were impressed with the attention to detail -- from the elegantly appointed breakfast to the lovely rooms to the cotton bathrobes. Mark is a wonderful host who has created a relaxing homey atmosphere in a historic area of Rhode Island. The location of the Inn is perfect for seeing all of the sites.

We were immediatly wecomed by Rick,the owner.He showed us to our room and offered altrnative rooms.The Inns were historic,clean in appearance,and the help were efficient and interested in us.I will stay at the Adm. Farragut with all future visits to Newport.In summary,within one day,I felt like I was with family. -
