The hotel was very nice and inviting. The bar gives free drinks at
current times of the day. The hotel is steps away from the beach. When
you go to the beach the staff is there waiting for you and all you
have to do is show them where you want your chair and umbrella and

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. All of your needs are in a 5 block radius. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had. Even if a tad pricey, the service was superb. The waitress Diana was out of this world. Her service was beyond excellent.
If you can, get a room facing the beach. It is worth the extra price. The view is spectacular.

The hotel was above than our expectations, is very beatiful, clean, and the staff in all the areas are very friendly, helpfull and efficient. We stay just one night, we were in transit, but we love the hotel and the few places we saw in San Juan, we definetly will be back for vacations. Totally recommended. -

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was massive. The beds were so comfortable. I love design and color and the rooms were well put together. Fridge in the room, very handy. The service. We were a family of 8, with our 10 month old grandchild...the staff worked hard to make sure that our stay was comfortable. We had a regular room, a junior suite, and two king suites. We booked this as a pre-cruise hotel stay in Old San Juan so we could be close to the action. We were NOT disappointed! Upon arrival and checking in we were informed that we had been given an upgrade. No idea how that happened, but it was wonderful! It was to the Presidential Suite on the 6th floor and it was simply outstanding! It was such a nice room that we decided not to venture out and explore, but instead stayed in and enjoyed all the in-room amenities. When we decided to venture out

Double tree is very nice hotel, modern style, in a safe tourist area
in Condado, not far away from the beach, nice to visit pools of La
Concha- the twin hotel. Service is good at front desk. Simple local
restaurant near, ask for it. Nice to have coffee machine, fridge and
microwave in the room. -
