So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

Awesome location, right at the end of Mirror Lake. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake. What a view from the balcony!! Picture perfect! Beautiful hotel with easy check-in/check-out. Clean rooms, on a hill overlooking Mirror Lake with mountains in background. Tables outdoors to eat/have cocktails with an awesome view! Beautiful gardens.

Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

The receptionist who checked us in was amazing. She had to deal with a
rude crazy woman ahead of us who was insisting that her rate was
supposed to be $89, even though she could produce any paperwork backing
her rediculous claim, and the entire time she remained polite and calm.
We all congratulated her on her great job once the woman finally left

This Hampton Inn was the 2nd nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed in many. The first being the new Hampton Inn in Charlotte , NC. The staff was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast that was included in our room rate. The breakfast manager, Lisa, treated us like family and ran the area like it was her home visiting with each table throughout our meal. Luis, the omelet chef, was excellent! We were amazed at how he cooked three omelets and two waffles

The location close to the A-C subway line AND the Burrough Hall station for the 2-3 makes it ideal for visiting both Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Great location! Super room for 2 adults traveling with 2 teenagers - had sitting room, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms.
