  Front desk personnel were exceptional in all aspects. When I called from airport for a ride the desk person provided detailed information and was helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel they were wonderful. The shuttle drivers both on June 4 and June 5 were great as well. - Spacious and comfortable room.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  We picked this hotel for the US Open. Very convenient and they also provided free shuttles in the morning and evening. The location was perfect for eating local cuisine on Main Street and Prince Street in Flushing. - Location - it was across the road from tour company pick-up / drop-off. Restaurant food very good

  Our experience was great from our reception by the doorman helping us with our bags, our greeting as we checked in and the comfort of our room. We even got a n/c upgrade. The hotel is situated conveniently to both the theatre district, lower Manhattan, and is right off the FDR at 37th. The rooms were a lot better than expected, luxury bathrooms even in the standard rooms. The hotel itself is in a great location close to most of the tourist sites. Would definitely recommend.
