I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

Rooftop area and the pool were magnificant! The service and friendlinessof the whole crew of the hotel was fantastic! We loved this hotel andwant to go back in the future! - Beautiful hotel, lovely location, good service, pleasant staff. My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being
in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at
the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have
chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time
in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he
travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that
says a lot coming from him.

So nice to see lemonade and cookies at check-in desk, even though we were too full to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bacon beautifully cooked at breakfast buffet; pancakes good. Loved the area for kids near the pool, and the spacious grounds. Lots of little nooks around the hotel for quiet conversations. Loved the fire "pit" outside

The location is very close to the lake and there are many good restaurants nearby. The first night we were given a room that was over looking at the back parking but in the morning the staff were helpful in locating us to a room that overlooking at the lake which was very nice.

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

This B&B is beautiful! We loved that each morning the chef would make four gourmet breakfast options made with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from their garden... and that was in addition to the wonderful continental buffet. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be coming back! -

The owner was so kind that he changed my room on upstairs to the most easily accessible one on downstairs!!! I was so touched by genuine kindness from all the stuff , too. This is the best inn I have ever stayed! Thank you for your hospitality.
