I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

My partner and I spent 3 nights at The Manhattan and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable with decent bathroom facilities. The hotel also provided free WiFi in the lobby. The location could not have been any better - very close to Times Square, Central Park, various restaurants

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was better than I though being
in nyc . I would recommend everyone to stay there. Shopping was rt at
the door . Eating also entertainment was rt there. I could not have
chosen a better place to stay. The kids enjoyed themselves ,first time
in nyc. My brother was with me and he only stay at the Hilton when he
travel, but he stayed with me and rated this hotel as very good and that
says a lot coming from him.

This B&B is beautiful! We loved that each morning the chef would make four gourmet breakfast options made with fresh vegetables, fruit, and herbs from their garden... and that was in addition to the wonderful continental buffet. The owners and staff could not have been more friendly. We will definitely be coming back! -

It was really quiet. We slept great and it was very clean and neat. The staff was professional but, cordial. The complementary breakfast was just right.
We had overnight snow and they were out bright and early to have it plowed. We will definitely stay again.

Stanton street was a Great location with lots of reasonably priced eateries nearby. I have stayed in central manhattan in the past and by comparison I think the lower east side had more soul and we felt more at home and that we were locals for the couple of weeks that we stayed there. This place is an authentic jewelry! The location is ideal, in the lively city center but right on the lake, featuring a private beach provided with chairs, canoe, paddle boats, toys for the kids, etc.; the staff is professional and attentive, the people in charge of the room cleaning very efficient; our room was quiet and comfortable; the pool and the whirlpools are a nice "plus". We will definitively come back!

Location was great for visiting the locks in Lockport. Building and rooms were super clean and well kept. Room, bed, and bath very comfortable! Breakfast was perfect for us and offered many choices. -
