Awesome location, right at the end of Mirror Lake. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, lake. What a view from the balcony!! Picture perfect! Beautiful hotel with easy check-in/check-out. Clean rooms, on a hill overlooking Mirror Lake with mountains in background. Tables outdoors to eat/have cocktails with an awesome view! Beautiful gardens.

We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most
helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in
getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny.
He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile
& friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He

Staff was superb! Customer service was excellent! We had an experience in the lounge where a man came up to our group of friends table. He was very drunk, unwelcome and we had no idea who he was or what he was doing. The staff and manager immediately addressed the issue and asked him to leave. They were so attentive to us and apologetic for his be

I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision. They gentleman behind the desk tried to put us as far from them as possible. -

This hotel was well located within walking distance of Times Sqaure and also near to the main subway and bus routes which could take you around Manhattan and the rest of New York city. Facilities were just right when you consider that we only used the hotel for rest as we were constantly outside exploring the city.

Katherine behind the front desk was amazing. We arrive super early and even though we couldn't get an earlier check in at 8am she called the spa to allow us fix ourselves up and change in their facility. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!
