We, a family of five, hired the Artists Loft. Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. The location and the courteous staff! Very comfortable and quiet and clean and you can get the sense of actually living there when you stay in this wonderful historic building. I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. From here, it's easy to get to anywhere in this beautiful City!

Good location - сlose to the underground station (less than 2 min
walk), nice apartment, comfortable bed, clean and stylish bathroom. All
in all definitely the perfect place to stay in New York for the money
paid. Had the experience with many other hotels before in the city,
none of those are even slightly comparable with the Brooklyn Midwood
Suites (for the money paid). I will definitely stay here the next time
I come to New York.

It was about the average price that you'd pay for hotels in Times
Square, but it was just outside the border of Times Square so it
wasn't really noisy and busy. Having said that, it was about a 30
second walk from the centre of Times Square. Perfect location! The staff
were super friendly and helpful and with a 24hour front desk I felt very
secure

We absolutely loved this hidden gem! From the entrance onward! Carlos
was very nice at check-in and check-out. The room was very much what we
hoped for. I was skeptical to stay at a place that had kitchenettes but
this was a pleasant surprise! Clean, plenty of room for us. Location
could not be beat!! We look forward to staying again as we travel to nyc
a few times a year. Lots close by. Walked everywhere from here and never
seemed far!! Radio City Apts made our weekend stay in ny awesome! So

This hotel was so unique! The rooms are converted units in a brownstone so you get to feel like you're living in the city while you're there. Felt like having a warm and comfotable city apt, complete with washer and dryer. Though we never saw any staff, they left signage and email instructions that told us how to get in, where to go and how to stay secure in the city environment. Street parking but they responded with parking alternatives when asked.
