  I could not have been more impressed with everything at this hotel. The staff was fantastic, from Valet team, (whom called me when I left my phone in the car and brought it to my room), to the front desk, (that allowed me to check in really early), to the cleaning staff, who ran a really tight ship - my room was perfect! Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had, e - The hotel is extremely close to the light path train, which made traveling to nyc extremely convenient. The mattresses were quite comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Debbie was also extremely helpful. We had a rather large yellowish stain on the comforter of one of our beds, and she had housekeeping change it immediately. Also, she gave our family a breakfast voucher for two (which was a $60 value).

  Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room. The staff (bellh - Hi folks, Check in staff were helpful with questions. Breakfast buffet staff were really helpful and friendly.   The hotel was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff kept us well stocked with fresh towels and plenty of coffee, and they were friendly. The desk staff and the bus boys were knowledgable and extremely helpful and friendly. They were always ready with a quick answer to questions, as well as, recommendations for travel, tours and dining. We had a small issues with our booking through the website : we booked 3, they expected 2 and although a bit stubborn to start they fixed the problem. The gym is ok but the pool hours are too short : 10 to 6pm

  We arrived to a great staff, great location. Wilson put us on the top floor with a fantastic view of Brooklyn. We had a 12 and a 9 year old with us and the hotel was close to the top of their list of sites that included all of New Yorks hits. 12 year old got sick and the staff let us check out late and even sent toast and ginger ale to our room... τι λέει ο κόσμος » . Less than 2 blocks from subway entrance and 10 minute ride to Times Square. Barclay Center can be seen from hotel window and a 10 min walk away. - We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially thought Victor Balbi was most helpful, patient and accommodating with our needs for directions in getting around the City by Subway and planning our day sight seeing ny. He was always so pleasant & greeted us with his wonderful smile & friendly greeting when we got back from our day's outing. He certainly made our stay & visit to ny pleasant & enjoyable.   The fact that letsbookhotel.com does not enter reservations so that I can check with the hotel without a problem. There should be a common thread to check with either the hotel or letsbookhotel.com at any time. - your check in staff was so nice to our grandchildren even allowing the 7yr old to do a magic trick thanks.
