Clean; staff excellent; quiet; price; decent coffee. This is not a luxury hotel, it is priced accordingly, it has all of the essentials and it is clean. I like it better than the 6 chain place. Bed comfortable. -

it felt very clean to be there
the counter staff was AMAZING
getting into and out of the parking lot was exceptional
an abundance of towels
the pool and hot tub were pretty sweet -
The place was clean & quiet. Ididn't have time to use the hot tub. complimentary Breakfast was very adequate. Will stay there again.

everything about our stay, very nice facility, very convenient to village and ski slopes, perfect location at an affordable price, large room with kitchen, refrigerator and microwave completely equipped, very cozy lobby and sitting area for guests and their families, indoor pool and 2 outside hot tubs, even a barbeque grill if you wanted to save

Staff was very supportive and service oriented. The rooms are large, but the furnishings are dull and not of the best quality.
The potential is there for a very good facility, but the money spent and the furnishing was too limited and decoration brown throughout with no imigination or good interior decorator touch.

Rainbow Ranch offers decent breakfast with various fresh fruits and delicious bakeries. We stayed at a double queens room, which was nearly a two queens' bedroom suite. The two beds were separated in two rooms. Though it was a bit close to the road at the end of the corridor, the view from our private balcony was quick nice. All the staff we met w

The staff was genuinely nice, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean and they did a turn down service nightly. The scenery was gorgeous!

We were staying at the Lodge to discuss arrangements for our
daughter's wedding be held there next summer. The Lodge upgraded our
room to a lakefront suite. The room was beautiful; full kitchen, dining
room area, living room with two armchairs and couch, full bath with
shower/tub, upstairs bedroom with full bath. The staff could not
have been nice

with spectacular views of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. I would
recommend it very highly. -
We love the pool and tiki bar area, and the rooms are great. The staff is incredibly friendly, the location is amazing. In the spring the price is reasonable (in the summer we both feel its probably over priced, but it is full, so others obviously disagree). Overall we love it, and really enjoy our time and would like to look more into staying with friends in one of the condos along the beach (attached to the hotel).
